2021 Popsy Sparkling Gruner Veltliner, Comyns & Co. Wines
Original grape variety grown in Austria the Gruner Veltliner is aromatic and seriously delicious. This Hunter Valley delight is a fun, easy drinking sparkling with a fine delicate bubble. Tastes like fresh juicy green pear with beautiful length and liveness.
2021 Prosecco, M&J Becker Wines
Prosecco, wild fermented in stainless before being bottled with minimal preservative and no fining. A traditional brut frizzante style.
2021 ‘Mrs H’ Sparkling Rose, Horner Wines
This wine is fun and a beautiful wine to enjoy during the warmer months. Lovely pink in colour with a soft bubble it has aromas of strawberries and with raspberries and crispy apple acidity to finish the palate.

2021 ‘ASH’ Viognier, Horner Wines
This wine has beautiful aromas of wildflowers and citrus, on the palate it shows marmalade, and vanilla. It is slightly toasty with soft spices on the finish.
2021 Vermentino, Wild Wren Wines
Floral aromas with a hint of pear, white peach and lime. Vibrant crisp palate with subtle notes of citrus zest, and white fruits with a mineral finish.
2021 Maggie White, John Wallace
Lifted citrus and granny smith apple aromatics, with a lemon pith, lime cordial palate. All encompassed by a slight textural, salivating crunch of acidity.
2020 Chardonnay, M&J Becker Wines
Our newest release Chardonnay, is a regional expression of the Hunter Valley. This native fermented wine is unfined and filtered. Bright flavours of white nectarine, melon, subtle hints of oak, long and textural. Complex yet approachable.
2021 Riesling, Comyns and Co. Wines
Made in an off-dry style, this Riesling was finished with only 12 grams of residual sugar, making it the perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. Its fresh Granny Smith apple and honeysuckle notes make this wine so delicious and moreish.
2021 Pinot Grigio, Mercer Wines
A voguish approach to a classic style, this Grigio celebrates well-farmed fruit. It differs from the traditional style by adding weight through no early sulphur, time with yeast lees and a period in barrel. Pure, yet textured. Subtle white flowers, creamy almond nougat and acid crunch. A welcome addition to Summer barbecues with friends.

A Shiraz Viognier Blend. With 15% Viognier, this blend is full of fruity flavour, vibrant and fun. It’s an easy, light juicy red that has you topping up your glass without hesitation.
2019 Seldom Shiraz, Wild Wren Wines
An intense palate of dark fruits and earthy undertones. Floral notes and delicate spice expressing an abundance of structure and length.
2021 Juju Red, John Wallace Wines
Highly perfumed red and blue fruit aromatics, with a bright, juicy and opulent push of mixed berries through the palate. Minimal oak to retain freshness and early drinking.
2021 Shiraz Nouveau, Mercer Wines
A bouncy young Shiraz fermented and bottled early to capture the youth of the Hunter Valley. This delicate style can be produced sustainably every year with a focus on purity of fruit and grape tannin rather than age and oak. Medium-bodied, ripe boysenberry, juicy sour cherry and peppery finish of good length.
2021 ‘The Rogue’ Shiraz, Horner Wines
This wine is bright and ruby in colour. Aromas of raspberries, aniseed, and violets with a vibrant palate of fresh red fruits and soft mocha tannins.

2021 PF Rouge Shiraz
Made by Australia’s leading preservative free winemaker, this young red blend marries Shiraz from Hilltops and Montepulciano from Central Ranges in NSW. A refreshing Nouveau style, with pure red fruits and soft tannin, makes for a mouthful of fruit – showcasing balanced flavours of raspberries, blackberries and plums. Picked at optimal ripeness and left to soak on skins three days prior to fermentation. Each variety was vinified independently and blended after short maturation in older French oak puncheons. No sulphur was used while making this contemporary red blend, perfect for the Australian climate. Mercer makes sustainable wines rediscovering variety and place.

Aromatics of lemongrass and herbal notes, fermented on skins for textural complexity, with a bright, fresh and balanced palate of juicy tropical fruits.
