Horner Wines
Hey you, it’s story time!
Have you gone down palmers lane and seen this treasure?
We want to introduce you to Ash and Lauren Horner.
Ash is full of surprises! I remember when we came to take some photos and location shots we moved off the road to avoid local traffic noise. We are in the midst of filming in a paddock and out pops Ash with his hat, boots and shorts crossing his arms waiting patiently and watching on with the biggest smirk on his face.
I said ‘What are you doing’ to which he explained, ‘No pressure, just watching’
With a cheeky smile, he continued watching what felts like 10000 repeats of the same line I kept ruining. He then he said ‘are you feeling the pressure?’ We both laughed so hard and realized he had thrown me off completely!
Next shoot, we won’t be going near Ash! He is a true clown and this is exactly the type of person you would expect to come across in the Valley. Lucky Lauren keeps him honest!
Our friends at Horner Wines are sure to get you having a laugh, trying some small batch wines and generally engage in some serious conversations that only you will ask yourself by the end, have I had too much wine?
Lauren and Ash are just so real and it really is like paying a good friend a visit and never wanting to leave!
They are extremely hard working and above all have a strong understanding of what they do which gives them the creative upper hand to experiment with unique wines styles. They go against the grain when it comes to traditional wine production and their products speak for themselves. We currently stock their Ash Viognier, The Rogue Shiraz and the Mrs H. Sparkling Rose which you will find in our wine lovers boxes.
It doesn’t matter how busy they are there will always be time for belly laughs, sore cheeks, and good wines. The fun side of life really does shine when you run into these two so be sure to pay them a visit!
That's all for our blog post today, until next month!
Much Love,
Josie
